having seen the incredibly unprobably 20 game winning streak by the Rockets, ive gotten to thinking if they actually have a chance to win the title, personally i think the Jazz are winning it all( Deron Williams is a Beast!) But then again stranger things have happened

Ya Rockets!  And w/ their next game being against the Bobcats, the streak will likely hit at least 21 games.  The Rockets were playin pretty bad last night tho against the Hawks, so anything is possible.  I went to the Rockets game on Monday against the Nets and there were some scary moments (31% shooting in the 1st quarter and the Rockets fouling way too much in the 3rd-4th).  I think they definitely have a chance at winning it all but I don't think they have a strong enough presence in the center position.  Chuck Hayes isn't all that and Dikembe is old so he can't play for too long.

I'm a Rockets fan but I'm also a realist.  I think the Lakers will end their streak.  I don't think the Rockets have an answer for Gasol, at least for the game's entirety.  Regardless, I will still be rooting for the Rockets this Sunday.

The most ridiculous thing is that the streak record is 33 games.  I mean, who does that?!

Ya I'd like to see TMac get out of the 1st round too.  The thing I keep wondering about tho is:  If the Rockets do win the championship this year, what will that say about Yao Ming's importance and about his future?

EDIT:  pwned by Smokey's quickness.  Same comment

im sure Yao would still be very important to the rockets in the future. cuz if they do somehow win the title there still gonna need an inside presence(Yao) considering that this is probably Dikembe's last season

Man, Dikembe's 41 and he still gets a ton of blocks whenever he gets playtime.  I wish he could play more cuz I love seeing players get packed more than anything.

LMAO at the game on Monday against the Nets, Richard Jefferson dunked on Dikembe and then got a technical for wagging his finger at the old man hahaha.

my pick is lakers will end the streak and win the championship.

Kobe is MVP of the league, only better than Lebron because of his experience, and there aint no better player in the league to take that last shot to win it.

btw... how bad was that Suns trade, its ad but shaq is too old, its the end of an era.

That Shaq trade was the worst.  He does not belong on that team.
