http://konjak.org/ Follow these steps:

1. Find the demo (the top right > Noitu Love 2)
2. Download the demo (scroll down and select the second mirror download)
3. Play the demo
4. Love the demo
5. Buy the game
6. Play the game
7. Love the game
8. Tell others
9. Profit
10. Repeat as necessary

I can't take credit for this, my brother showed me like 45 mins ago and I was instantly hooked after seeing the trailer (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ysO4YfKM1E0 ) . If you grew up on Treasure games like we did, this will mean something special to you. It's just so freaking fun AND it was made by 1 guy. In a time when I just saw a developer say he'd find it hard to make a game with a 50 mil dollar budget, you have to wonder where the money goes when 1 person can create such a freaking masterpiece. It's well worth the 20 bucks and if it somehow saw a Wii release (you'll see why when you see the control scheme), I'd instantly buy one.

I got it after seeing the game featured on the 1up show, it's seems like a game that would fit perfectly on the DS.

You can buy it on the site, there's a link that says "BUY NOITU LOVE 2: DEVOLUTION for $20" on the Noitu Love 2 section.
