While waiting for ZP on the Escapist website, this article was posted and has some interesting things to say about sex and video games. So I urge you to take a read.

You know there are 4 pages in this article... pages 2–4 have a lot to talk about on video games.

I completely agree with this guy, although I thought he was going to go into how sex scenes in games are so controversial while movies get by with a free pass.

"Mass Effect has a fun storyline, shiny galaxy and great music. Plus, you can sleep with aliens. Good times. But for all its Starflight-y charms and xenomorph-lovin' hype, it's as sterile and robotic as Pacman."

I agree with that too. Some people describe the ME sex scene as 'tasteful' but it really was just...boring?

Haha, a game that is as revolutionary to the gaming industry as Phoebe Cates was to the Hollywood, I can't wait for that day to come.

Haha, that's what I thought when I saw it, but I can imagine most people were like "ZOMG ALIEN SECKS!!!"

Sex in videogames is better on the 360 than the ps3.

Didn't read the article.... but what video game sex?  I've never seen a full on sex scene in any video game... and the only game I saw bare breasts in was leasure suit larry.... but i've never seen a fully naked person going at it with another fully naked person.  It's always something like in Mass Effect, where it might show the side-profile, leaving out the nipples, or an ass cheek.  So what?  You can see Jessica Alba's side profile in a scene from Dark Angel, that aired on primetime television.

*Yes... that scene really does exist... go google you crazy bastards*

Quick to the internets mobile for those AO rated games! The only game I've seen naked sex in was Custards Revenge. Since that dark day, they typically keep the full on sex out and sexy scenes in.

Submissions of mine.
What's the point of this thread if it's going to be all serious?
Funny=unknown word?

What's the point of any thread posting in a forum? To create discussion. Look up the root meaning of 'Forum' and you'd probably be surprised at what it means. If you don't want to talk about the subject, that doesn't automatically give you the right to just make a meaningless post.

Don't waste people's time. Discuss what's on hand here, or go else where and be a forum tard.
