PSP trade in value? - Tuesday, January 10, 2012 6:56 PM ( #1 )
What is the trade in value for a PSP at Gamestop? I can't find anyplace on their website that it is listed. Are there any other places to go to trade in old consoles and games?

You can try calling up gamestop.
Obviously the price will depend on model and condition of your psp.

Selling it to gamestop may net you 30 dollars. If you're lucky. Better to find a mom and pop place, but even they won't give you that much for it.

On my craigslist the average PSP is going for about 100$ with a couple games. I'd say thats your best shot to make some money.

More or less worry about being kidnapped, killed and left in a ditch. But meeting a complete stranger possibly serial killer is worth the $100.

As long as the meeting isn't at Gunpoint he'll be fine.

Tell that to Noc, brother got robbed at gun point in a public place, it's easy to conceal a weapon. Derp.

Wasn't me, N4g did it.

It's easy to conceal a weapon, but who dumb enough to shoot you in a place like the mall for 100$? Who will risk jail for life for 100$

Craigslist is really not that bad. U just scared.

Thanks for all the feedback. I stopped by Gamestop today and pre-ordered the 3G/WiFi Vita and asked them how much they would give for trade, Haha $20 is all! I think the Craigslist idea is the way to go.

If you have a police station near by you can meet the craigslist person right in the lobby. I don't think someone would have the cojones (as the kids are saying) to rob you there.

That's what I would do, or another place where you know there are a lot of cops hanging around.

I'd go where they are on duty.  I bet cops don't want to do cop things while they are drinking after doing official cop things.
