Alright, I'm dying to figure this out!

I really haven't used my PSP in awhile, and I heard you can get free games by using custom firmware. Now, I have searched every where on the internet on how to get it, but everytime it is explained, I still don't understand it. My PSP has the 3.90 update, just to let everyone know.

did you try google?  qj.net I know is a community that likes to hack the psp as well as talk about gaming.  I'm not sure if having the 3.9 might be a problem but they are always breaking the code quickly anyway.  I myself haven't put any custom stuff on my psp so I can't help out to much sorry.

You have to have the pandora battery.  Google "Pandora batttery kit".  You should find a kit that you can purchase online that will give you everything you need, along with detailed instructions.  That's what I did anyways.

This year is the only year that the psp is actually having games.  If it wasn't for custom firmware the psp would not be selling that well in the first place.
