ORIGINAL: Skerj Uh how much of P3 did you play to come to that conclusion? It was a great game because it had one of the most original storylines to come out in the past few years (since the last SMT games), character development that trumps pretty much every other recent RPG, and a pretty good Persona and combat engine. Only gripes would be that Tartarus was a bit grindy and monotonous due to the random layouts and background music, and the incessant load times. The first really didn't bother me, considering I've completed the game 2 times already. The second was irritating as hell considering the previous SMT games on PS2 didn't have those load times and they had more varied environments. I must disappoint you, I finished it, although it cost me dearly, I don't even wanna hear Atlus name again. This game has so many flaws, that it's not even funny. Character development is only one thing which is OK, I'll give you that. Load times take close to 1/3 of the gaming time, so it's not as little thing as you seem to think. This alone is enough to kill any game. On top of that one loading sequence leads to other loading sequence with nothing in between most of the time, it's unforgivable, and Atlus should have been punished for it. Instead it's praised. Now just let's remember extremely boring random generated only one in the game dungeon, lack of story for most part of the game, what's not new for SMT series and fact - the dating sim is released in well known JRPG series, what's just plain wrong. Well I think that's enough for start, don't you think?
