Kotaku: "While Metal Gear Solid 4, DualShock 3 and God of War news may have dominated our Destination PlayStation coverage, one other interesting leak came out of the retailer conference. According to sources there, the PlayStation Store is finally getting a graphical user interface overhaul, one planned to arrive alongside Gran Turismo 5 Prologue on April 15. The revamp of the PlayStation Store is said to give it a look more in tune with the SingStore, pictured above, which is already accessible from the PlayStation 3 version of SingStar.
Details were light on the change, but beyond a coat of paint, word was that navigation would change to a series of icons running along the bottom of the interface."
 
Hey what do you guys think and what do you guys think could make the store better. All I want is it to look more sexy like the Singstore and make it more easy to navigate.

Status: offline 		Yea the Store really needs a Makeover. I just hope they make the base of the Store part of the Firmware to reduce Loading times of the Store.

yes sometime the load times are a little slow.but the store looks really um plain.

Yea but the new revamped PS Store will actually look like this. Its not a fanmade idea.

"This morning we were sent an anonymous tip from a developer claiming to have a sneak peek at the soon to be revamped PlayStation Store. That pic, seen above, shows much of what we talked about in our original story on the PSN overhaul, but features a handful of things we hadn't heard about before, including animated icons that could be used to represent games in the shopping interface and improved controller navigation. While authentic looking and sharper than the current store, a few nitpicking details make us seriously doubtful about its validity."

Status: offline 		the store really needs to have the option of multiple downloads occurring at the same time, it sucks when you select a 600MB demo to download and then realize there is anice 80MB demo that you wanna play now.

Is that even possible? I mean I haven't used it a ton...But it seems very convoluted and could use a lot more streamlining.

your just going to have to share the bandwith and the download will probably take longer...saving you no time

well it would allow you to begin playing that smaller download when it has completed, while the other download continues
