And I must say after all that has been said, this game deserves every low score it got.
Completely horrible controlls with or without sixaxis, the mission structure is utterly broken.
At first when I saw the low scores I thought it was just general anti Sony sentiment, but the truth is this game is a steaming turd.

omg...i was seriously looking into trying this again...what should i do? I dont wanna waste my time.

Thank you. A lot of ps3 fans are quick to come to this games defense. The reality is factor 5 knows its crap sony knows its crap just let it go. With or without 6 axis, its still a lame game. I honestly have no positives for the game. If they had just let me get off the dragon and fight would have been a lot better

Seriously, if u would take the money you would use to buy lair and give yourself dozens of papercuts with the bills then u would understand just how painful it has been playing this game.
Jesus effin christ this game needs to die and be forgotten.

ROFL I just bought the game and downloaded the patch. I ran back to the store to trade it in. I only lost $5 plus tax by buying and trading the game. I thought the analogue control patch would make the game playable. It doesn't by a long shot.

They should dig up that hole where those old ET Atari games are and toss Lair into it. Worst game I ever played (and I played Night Trap).

I played the demo for it a little while ago. It was alright i wouldn't buy it or anything. It was they messed up Factor 5 will do better if they make another game for the ps3

Even the green targeting reticle looks like it was done by a 4 year old with Etch a Sketch.

Hey If you were going to buy it new, go for it.
If you were going to buy it used then Rent instead.

I dont see why i should be the only person to suffer.
The only thing that saves this game for me is the musical score and some of the graphical moments.
If they had made this game open world with exploration on and off the dragon with fight sequences like lord of the rings and shadow of rome it would have been awesome.
As it stands it's just too tedious and the camera makes me want to punch a kitten.

but I hope there's a sequel, that game has potential IMO

maybe that's what the rumored Factor 5 project is? hopefully
