Currently have AMD 64 X2 4200 2.2 Ghz Western Digital 400GB SATA HDD 4 GB DDR memory Nvidia 8800 GTX graphics card 550 watt power supply DVD Writter CD Rom I've been considering upgrading some of the parts. The motherboard to support SLI, a better processor, and add on another 8800 GTX

Get a Geforce 8800 as its the best graphics card out there.

My pc kills all of yours.... EMACHINE! P4 Dvdr/rw (dual layer compatible....oh yeah) 700 mb of mFn' ram 200 GB storage 3 1 TB external Storage (I will never need it, but three people bought me the EXACT same thing for Xmas) Radeon 9250 SoundBlaster Audigy PRO (that's right, you can stop crying and just hang yourself now...I know, I know, it's okay) Can you compare to that? Dual Core, WTF ever. And you people call yourselves gamers........**weep**

Core 2 Duo E6700, 2 Gigs RAM, 8800 GTX. Waiting to upgrade to the next Nvidia cards in Nov. The 8800 GTX totally pwns DX9 but still struggle with DX10 games.

Here is my config: the really bad parts: AMD Athlon X2 3800+ (OC'ed to 2.33 from 1.8) Asrock 939Dual-SATA2 2GB DDR400 the good parts: NVIDIA 8800GTX Factory OC'ed 630/2000(normally its 575/1800) 500GB Samsung + 320GB Seagate HDDs X-Fi XtremeGamer Vista Business(got it from MSDNAA for free)

G'day all, My first post in on a forum... Just built my new pc :- Intel Q6600 @ 2.40GHz (planning to oc when i read up on how to) Striker Extreme m/b 4Gig DDR2 @ 800 ram XFX 8800GTX 768MB graphics card Logitech G15 keyboard Razer copperhead temp blue mouse Viewsonic 19" LCD screen 1200W PSU When me & my mate was putting it all together he said the system was a bit overkill, i told him crap & to get over it, lol, but said nothing while he was playing bioshock & world of confict on my system, so much for his overkill statment, lol. So guys what ya think was my mate correct... Cheers.....
