Thanks Band1t, I own 2 Dreamcast consoles and have been Frankensteining parts off each other to keep one unit alive. Still one of my favorite consoles of all time. :)

it's the composition of scale that makes it looks small.

anyway, that's a nice setup Smokey.

i want to get a good speaker system soon. looking towards Klipsch or Infinity

yeah.. its a crap picture from a cell phone.. when i get my bookshelves up ill probably take another pick.

I would recommend klipsh although they can be a bit pricey.  Polk is also quite good.  I have a bit of a mix and match system, once I get my 7.1 receive I'll probably invest in good components... I'm a little partial to paradigm, but the klipsh reference series does look sexy.

Best Buy had a 5.1 system for Klipsch (Icon) for $1400 but now it went back up to $1800
they have the higher end one (Reference) at Futureshop for $2200 which i might look into.

the upgraded speakers will be for the new home

42 inch panny and a PS3 slim. Ignore the very pale thumb in screen 3.

Spread those damn speakers out your gimping your range fool! Push em about 18 inches out on each side. Yeah it looks a lil small but then you look at you PS3 its look tiny compared to you TV.
