I wonder where the "chicken closure" comes from. I've listened to EVERY episode (even though I don't remember every one of them) and I can't remember why Gambus started doing that.
 
I would like to hear a techno version of the chicken closure. lol That would bring in more people to listen to your vast audience and I would tilt my head back and laugh hysterically.
 
Again, keep up the good work and now I must go leave a mushroom cloud in the bathroom and use my Charmin Ultra Strong toilet paper.

Since today's Halloween (At least for us in the past), I'm going to try to keep the questions somewhat Halloween related.

4 - Recently at my Play n Trade, they were having a buy 2 used games get one free sale so I bought Mass Effect, Crackdown, Mirrors Edge, Splinter Cell, Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow, Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory, and Prince of Persia: Sands of Time all for under $45 (€35). What is the best deal you have gotten for games (Free copies to review doesn't count)?

I don't know why I feel so obligated to post this but I will anyway: I LOVE DEMON'S SOULS! I can't stop playing this game; It's so incredibly immersive, intense, and addictive! When i originally bought the game I knew it would require a lot of patience, so I tried to be patient when playing it but I really didn't have the patience because my play time was so limited; so, I put the game down until I knew that I would have more time to be able to dedicate to that game only. And now that I've put about 25 hours into it... I can't decide whether this or uncharted2 will be my personal GOTY... I'm sure this sounds really wierd to alot of people, especially since MW2 was so good and I loved U2 so much that it quickly became my second plat. My point is that I really really like Demon's Souls, its a fantastic game, and I wish more people would look into it because in my opinion its a hidden gem among other obvious gems. any thoughts...?...

Anyway, before I ask my question, two things need to be assumed first:

1.) There really is a King and Queen of Canada and

2.) You guys live under their rule.

Ok, with that out of the way, my question is: If the King and Queen of Canada decreed that only one genre of game could be sold within their borders, what genre of game would you each want that to be?

I personally would choose RPG because I'm an uber level grinding nerd, but that is just me.

PS: Gambus has the absolute worst singing voice I ever heard. I love it and can't wait to hear more...

My day was bad today because my PS3 died. I was wondering is there was a way to copy all of the stuff from the old HDD onto the new HDD that sony will send me? If you can, how? Thanks, Love the show.

Hello crew, Its me Dayman, here to ask those few important gaming questions that just seem to invade my mind. I have to reach deep into my gaming sub-conscience just for you guys to give your thoughts and opinion, without all of you, I would be brain stumped pondering my own existence, or at least that of my PS3.
So without further Waiting, Bring forth the questions:

1. I'm still getting sick of all these pre-order special items non-sense, from in-game items and costumes that are later available to be purchased or even unlocked. Hell, The new game The Saboteur will feature a knife as it item. When will this madness end? Beside my rant, my question is what game in the near or far off future would you like to see have a crazy, useless item, and what would that item be?

2. My big screen LCD t.v may not be the biggest on the block (I'm not comparing) but it does support 1080p, While I do understand most cross platform games wont support this high resolution, why is it we don't see games only for ps3 in 1080p resolution. Uncharted 2 and little big planet. When am I going to see games graphics push to the limit. Tell my why my High definition Gaming isnt the highest it could be?

3. Im seeing more and more games coming out with movie making replay filming, Uncharted 2 has it in the Multiplayer, and so does Dissidia, do you think this is going to be a new trend being set in the gaming industry. Should I be expecting the next Mass Effect game to have a Youtube upload link. Also, when are we listeners going to see some of your battles over Uncharted 2? I would love to see the whole crew take arms in a game.

Gotta question for ZT, Does your extensively large Video Game collection ever make you sad? I mean I see the torment you must go through trying to play every game that comes out. You never seem to be able to stick with one and really appreciate the whole game. I mean it's a lot like women, sure it's great to go Pokemon and collect em all but sometimes you can't beat finding a great one and really putting some time into it....

well here's the thing... i didn't. BUM BUM BUM!!!!!!

its not that i thought the game was bad, its because of an "experience" i had that had nothing to do with videogames but EVERYTHING to do with batman.

i used to work at a magic shop over the 2009 summer to earn some extra money because i was tired of being broke. i did all kinds of things (mostly nothing to do with magic) but one of the things i had to do was DRESS UP AS BATMAN AND ENTERTAIN AT A PARTY.

now, me not being a very charasmatic person hated it to death having to talk to little kids and explain that i am REALLY batman for the millionth time.

so here is my Q for you

has an outside expierence turned you off a game or just made you not want to play one?

'Sup fella's? Instead of a tweet this week I've made my return to your forums to air two grievances and ask a question or two. So first off, I have a request to make, I don't know if I'm alone in this feeling but could you stop with the fanboy bashing? I know they're annoying and you have to deal with them more than the listeners but it's kinda making you guys look like smug ****s. Not so much you guys (it's actually mostly other podcasts that are really bad for this) but sometimes it can make the show really unpleasant to listen to. I hope you guys aren't offended by that because I don't think you're at all smug ****s but it's not very pleasant to listen to. My other grievance is what's all this about the multiplayer for Modern Warfare 2 being broken on PS3? I only own a PS3 since I don't have money to own both consoles and pay for University so I can't compare it to the multiplayer on the Xbox, so I can't compare the two but it's probably safe to say that it's lacking some of the 360's features but it's a long way from broken. I've been playing it pretty much straight since I bought it and I haven't had many problems with it at all. No lag, no matchmaking issues (that I noticed), no party system problems, so I'm not sure how it's "broken".
Anyway, my other request is for some of your listeners, PS3 players specifically. I've been playing a lot of Modern Warfare 2 but don't really have anyone to play it with (most of my friends are non-gamers) so if there's anyone out there who wants to play some MW2 on PS3 then add me up, PSN: Habs_fan39 (and ya, you guys can say my PSN name on air). 

Keep up the good work fellas, still the best podcast on the interwebs. Be more than happy to play online with you guys on PS3 if I ever see you online while I'm on. Peace.

P.S. I've got a few gamer friends in Brasil, who play PS3 and Xbox 360 and who didn't import them so I don't know what Sony's talking about. Maybe the stores are importing them, I don't know. I thought they had numbers about their PS3 sales in Brazil at an E3 conference a few years ago, too. I don't know, maybe your Brasilian listen will correct me. 

Also, Gambus is the bomb and the announcer man has to sing another song because back in black was hilarious. 

P.P.S. I just realized I never asked a question. KillerWolverine, you're in University right? What program are you doing? And I feel your pain brother, I'm in engineering and it's a bitch, hardly any time to game at all.

What's up, N4G crew?

I've been listening to the show for over a year, and I have to say, it's my favorite podcast.

I'm sure you all are familiar with politicians bashing video games. So, I was wondering if you guys are familiar with videogamevoters.org? It's an interesting little site that posts news stories about what politicians are doing to video games (passing bills and such against them) and gives gamers an easy way to have a voice. I'm having a hard time thinking of how to explain it, so if you get the chance, check out the site.

P.S. I've sent you all friend requests Xbox Live, and I'll eventually get around to sending requests on PSN.
