1)I have a banned 360 so cant go online;*sigh*,damn that leaked NXE;but since I don't give a damn about multiplayer the only thing bothering me is my gamerscore with my achievements,because I gained about 3000 points offline.So if I take my old harddrive put it on my new bought arcade version of 360 and then go online,will my achievements and gamerscore be updated?
2)PSN and XBL.Who do you think is better and what makes you said that?
3) - Who you enjoy watching more:Angry video game nerd or Zero Punctuation ? What do you think of them ?
4) - I liked Uncharted Drakes Fortune very much,but will this IP gonna become a famous long franchise like Tomb Rider,or will it only have few more sequels before Playstation 4 ?
5) - A lot of 360 games are region locked.Every Playstation 3 game is region free.So it's very handy to take PS3 games or console with you to another country and play it there without any worries from what region are you.Is this problem gonna repeat itself with xbox 3?
6) - I have 360 and PS3,but I like PS3 a lot more.The thing bothering me is that damn PS3 controller.It's so frustrating to play a racing game when your finger suddenly just slips from the damn triggers and you crash.Or when you are playing some shooter with those uncomfortable analog sticks.Do you think that the next playstation controller design gonna change all that,or leave it as it is?
7) - I have an opportunity to buy few new standard edition PS3 or 360 games a little cheaper for about 80USD instead of 110USD.Yeah,that's how it is in Lithuania.But they are with german case cover and manual.I understand a little bit of german but I hate it.I know that you are playing the disk not the cover but still,..if you had the opportunity to buy new PS3 or 360 games a little cheaper with france,german or spanish case covers,would you do it?
8)The PS3 version of Tomb Raider Underworld is visually superior and looks a lot better.But what about the DLC?Is it really gonna stay exclusive for the 360?
9)Fahrenheit 2 is being developed by Quantic Dream and is set for 2009 release.Do you believe that this company will really be able to release Heavy Rain and Fahrenheit 2 in the same year or do you think that the game will be pushed to 2010?
10)No One Lives Forever 2: A Spy In H.A.R.M.'s Way was incredibly good game in 2002.
The game was developed by Monolith Productions,but now Monolith are working on F.E.A.R.2.Is it possible that we will see a sequel in the next few years?Or that someone will buy the license?

5)Europe got screwed again,this time with Biohazard 5 CE.Why every region can't get equal value of these stupid game editions?I personally hate this ''extra junk'' so probably never will buy these kind of collector's/limited/special edition games.Few podcast's back you mentioned that you liked this extra crap.Will you gonna buy SFIV CE and RE5 CE?Would you be buying RE5 LE if you would live in Europe? :take away ricell messenger bag,Chris Redfield figurine, BSAA patch and Kijuju-inspired pendant.And leave it only with 1 bonus dvd.Would you buy it then?
Recently I got a chance to preorder SFIV ''regular'' edition game for 80USD's,but I've got to hurry because after one week it will cost 110USD's and since Lithuania don't get  CE or LE games,I will download the movie because that's the only thing I want from CE.So as a regular game on which platform do you think the controls are better?

6)Star Ocean: The Last Hope probably gonna be a good game.However,Square Enix producer said that the game will be released first on the 360,then later maybe on the PS3.If I'm interested I will probably pirate it on the 360 then buy it on the PS3 if I like it.But how many months do you think  it'll pass before this game gonna be released on the PS3?

7)US gamers are very lucky:to you,brand new games cost 60 bucks.And after few months or even weeks the price decreases for some games. European countries however aren't that lucky.The currency's are much higher.For example take germany,or my country Lithuania.One console game here cost's 110USD,we don't have such things as exclusive game stores,or collector's limited edition games.80Gig PS3 here cost's ~700USD.Though few days ago I saw the cheapest resistance 2 bundle for about 650USD.The 360 arcade version cost' from 250 to 300USD's while Elite version cost's from 450 to 500USD's.There are of course even more expensive stores but I'm talking about the cheapest.Most of the people here pirate games,hell EVERYONE pirate games.Very few people have consoles and the one's who have don't even considering such things as ''buying'' games.Especially when they can download them for free.Though some people order them through internet from other country's,if they can find them cheaper.
Considering all that,what do you think about this kind of price's?Would you be buying games in America if you have to pay 110USD's for them?Or would you just rent everything?xD What are your thoughts?

8)There's no way that there wont be next big metal gear game. Though since Kojima is out of the picture,it'll be with a totally new story.But how many years fans will have to wait?Since 360 has minimum 1 year left and PS3 has minimum 2 more years,do you think that this game will be released for the 7 gen consoles or much later for the 8 gen consoles?

Why are you not doing a video podcast ?Is it because Zero Tolerance is fat?xD What's the problem?
For example look at noobtoob.Only two people and they are doing an amazing jog with their podcast's keeping them interesting and funny.They are 100 times more interesting to listen/watch than you all.No offense of course.But what's the problem?Seriously,are you all that lazy?Then why hell ''some of you'',..complain that not enough people are listening to your podcast?Atleast try doing a pilot episode for Christ's sake.If not,deal with the fact that you have this much listener's.

A more serious question, however, is the industry in relation to the monetary worries everyone has faced. Was the industry's seeming immunity to the recession the very reason it got hit so hard so quickly towards the end of '08, similar to a volcano, just waiting to erupt when the pressure got too much? Do you think we'll see any more development teams go bust before the end? My final question, really, is one for each of you individually - if you had the money to do so, which development team that recently popped their clogs would you revive?

1. Im a nub to hardcore online gaming and i just really got into it last year with COD4 on ps3. my gf got me a 360 for christmas and i just can't stop playin' left 4 dead - thanks for givin' it the props it deserves, it definitley weighed on my picking it up. anyway i'd like to hear some of your thoughts on online voice chat. i know in last weeks show the Wombat mentioned his major peeve of people who drop out of matches etc. so it got me thinking - do you get as angry as I do when some jackass starts callin you out b/c you didn't give him your last health pack or b/c there was a slight incident of friendly fire? I mean I don’t want to sit there and hear someone talk **** but then again I don't want to engage it any further. Should I just turn off the set and plow through the campaign? Which brings me to my next question; can't we all just get along? (hold for laughs)
2. Also, I know ive heard a few similar questions in the past but I want to know more of your thoughts on boss battles. I just defeated general Raam in the first gears and it took me an insane number of tries to do it, even on casual (and yes I'll admit I even looked up a few strategies). Dom was totally useless Raam fodder each time I tried and I finally gave up tryin' to save his po' ass.
a) What do you do about terrible AI when it matters most?
b) What is the perfectly balanced boss-fight and which game does it the best?
c) Does every boss need his/her/its own gimmic to defeat? Why can't I just come in guns-a-blazin' each time and bask in the glory?

Hey guys long time listener first time poster.

Love the show you all have great personalities that make the show special.

Its a sad day in gaming when one of your fondest gaming memories gets shut down and flushed away. I'm referring to the sudden cancellation of EGM. I have been a subscriber since issue #2 and have fond memories of the magazine. Maybe its just nostalgia talking but when I was growing up EGM was really one of the only places to get my gaming news, reviews , and pictures of the games I had to look forward to. Anyway  I just wanted to know your thoughts on the recent purchase of 1up, the termination of EGM and the sudden layoffs for key journalists. I guess no one is safe from the AX.

P.S.  Another 5 star I-Tunes rating here and I am  sure more to come

8)The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay was one of the best games in 2004.I loved the game.
It was an excellent mix between FPS,Adventure,RPG elements,Stealth and Action.Story was very interesting and dark.As a movie licensed game it's quite a masterpiece and one of a kind.To me the new Riddick game is the only game that I'm truly excited until the summer.What do you think about The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena?Did you played the first one?Do you think that this game AGAIN will be critically acclaimed but will sell poorly?
9)How many years do you think Capcom will milk Resident Evil games?At least 20 more years or just do a few more sequels?Some believe that RE4 ''saved'' RE franchise,but at a price of discarding all the horror that series had.RE5 doesn't look anythinkg like horror,besides the zombies.Will Resident Evil 5 and further games will only be action games and the horror genre of RE will not return?
