I am looking forward to this game, but it is hard to be too excited since there is no release date.  The Ratchet series is probably one of my most favorite video game series, and this game will definitely not be a let down.

I was playing R&C F: TOD the other day and I remembered how fun it was to upgrade the weapons, now I am uper exited for the sequel. I even bought Quest for Booty but it wa too short. =(

I expect a November release, just because it's consistent with their pattern.  I'd prefer if it wasn't caught up in the hubbub that is the reviewers' month of death under a giant pile of releases, but I'll make time. :)

I got a lot of crap for giving Q4B a hard time, but as awesome a game as it is if you look at it compared to other downloadables, it wasn't an awesome game by R&C standards.  Just like Deadlocked, I had a blast playing it but I was simultaneously heartbroken by the narrowness of it all. :(  The only cool Ratchet and Clanky part was the underwater cavern.

Im gonna take a WILD guess... Uncharted 2???

I guess I am a bit more excited for Uncharted 2 as Uncharted: Drakes fortune made me buy a PS3 but I think Ratchet and Clank isn't getting enough appreciation.

So yah, was I right?

That is pretty hardcore.  I need to run back through Ratchet & Clank PS3 version on hard mode this summer since there are no new games to play.

I really hope they incorporate reading saves from past Ratchet games and unlocking weapons, just like they did with the series on PS2.  That was a great feature, and rewards the fans for playing the other games.

It's going to have to be a rental for me this time. And I'm selling TOD.

Might not even play it this year.

Ooh, I did appreciate that for the RYNO, even though it ended up feeling puny in the next game.  To buy that thing the first time around I used the hoverboard race cheat.

OH YEAH? Well I am constructing my own huge ratchet weapon, and I am nearly completed my very own Clank.  Plus I am messing around with DNA splicing, need to give myself some huge fluffy ears.

I'm with you OP, I'm really excited for the game to come out. I already have the game pre-ordered.

After watching the trailer "here" from the Playstation blog, I want to play the game already.
