I'm a big fan of acoustic music, but sadly I know of only so many acoustic bands out there. I know I don't know them all though, so enlighten me.

I am not completely sure what falls under the definition of acoustic music. Maybe Corvus Corax?

Eeeek, I totally forgot about Pandora. Well... that just helped me find Ben Harper who I've never heard before. But it keeps recommending me Jack Johson and Dave Mathews Band... 2 of which I of course already know of.

Go check out the 6 song acoustic EP Against Me! released a few years back. It's got 3 or 4 of my favorite songs ever on it.
