Well if you read carefully, you'll see I submitted that so you may want to make your case to another mod.    Given that it was approved and over 250 degrees, I'd say it's of interest to the community. 

On the personal side of things, I'm rather vested in honoring the fallen, and if a bit of that memory can be preserved b/c we share something in common with this young man (namely, gaming), then I think it worthy.

So you did Cat. Personally, like you I am all for honoring those that die in combat, and afterall in my report, I did share my sympathies.

Suppose it's personal opinion, just didn't think the link worthy. Expect a load of submissions of anyone loosely interested in gaming who's died to be submitted.

Well this hasn’t been approved yet, but it’s heading that way, so I thought I’d give you a heads up.
 
There is so much wrong with this post I really don’t know why anybody is approving it.
 
The actual title is: “Seven dead in Tokyo knife attack" and has nothing to do with gaming whatsoever.
 
The contributor has tried to make a very lose tie between this and an ‘xbot’, using links that aren’t even in English.
 
In my view this should be failed before it reaches the front page.

The story is a European developer chart for last week I'm guessing, but the submitter randomly calls out Haze and Conan in the list and writes a little story about that.  I understand that the chart shows Haze did better than Conan last week, but what about Rock Band doing better than Boom Box?  Or GTA IV doing better than CoD4.  Its just very poor editing in my opinion.

I hate it when individuals abuse the report button. It's annoying and it clutters the judgement of the other would-be contributors who buy into the false reports. 

Hopefully that helps. I don't think that a spoiler tag is required for gameplay footage - my policy with MGS4 is if it's not a trailer, don't watch it. I want as much of the game preserved as possible!!

He's an editor and/or owner(i'm not sure, but I know he works there) for that site. He always does that kinda stuff to increase site traffic as well as increase his CRank.
He also submitted duplicate stories about his sites MGS4 theme of the week.
