I submitted a similar story with the same title as an alt. source 12 hours ago because I was trying to align myself with the what is "interesting" and what is "easy to miss" (or not easy) mantra.

I don't think it warrants its own submission, it is duplicate.

Hmmm, I guess in this case the summary translation will suffice.  Though I will continue to secretly suspect that the original source says "Stupid Americans don't know Japanese" somewhere...
