well its been almost 1 day and a half since my submission failed
so why is it still red?
Reports should stay red until the user reads them and then the red goes way
i have even loged out several times and it does not remove the red

This happened to me once, and I believe to the Round Peg as well. It's just a bug or soemthing where the report light stays on - this assumes, of course, that if you go to the reports you've clicked on the link to the submission. Report lights stay on until you've viewed the reported submission.

I recommend you PM DragonFly, I think he's the one that got my report light sorted.
