ORIGINAL: SUP3R This again? Why are people so hung up on who agrees or disagrees with their comment? I find it hilarious how pissed some people get. Whether someone agrees or disagrees with your comment it contributes nothing to your status. That is your opinion to hell with those who don't like it. Another problem is that you don't know WHO disagreed or agreed with you, thus making ALL of those dis/agrees have the same impact. Like, if someone who usually makes good comments and never gets banned from the Gamer Zone gives you a disagree because they were able to counterpoint something they said, and then some lunatic fanboy comes along who's feelings were hurt by your opinions also disagrees with you but doesn't even have ONE way to counter anything you said, then that respected poster and the fanboy's disagrees are equally considered because you don't know WHO was the one that clicked it. And if alot of fanboys hit disagree without any basis other than that you said something good about the "enemy console", then someone who has yet to know how some comments get attacked for that sole reason will not think that highly of you as a poster and would have to look in your bio to see your history. Likewise, if a fanboy makes a stupid comment and he suddenly gets lots of agrees, you'll never know it was a "defense force" for a system making sure his comment was respected. Let's not even get STARTED with the phantom dis/agrees, that hit those button just because they have nothing better to do. Basically, the way this system is now, it's too easy for something with an agenda to hide behind it, or for someone who is usually a troll TO troll without fearing any backlash from anyone (since they never have to expose themselves, much less explain themselves). Revising it to allow someone to at least see who clicked those buttons would help in validating the clicks, because THEN someone can check the history of the people who clicked those buttons and make a guess as to why they disagreed. And someone who knows about a few people who usually HAVE an agenda will see a certain group of names and immediately realize that a comment was attacked by fanboys because the commenter didn't confirm with the fanboy beliefs. And we'll also FINALLY figure out who continues to be the "phantom disagreer" and who keeps replacing them.
