Can you only get these reward points by buying the MGO addon?
Also I would just like to vent my frustration at how the DLC in this game reminds me of SCAMCO
Old news but its only just started pissing me off that that the additional gear and maps were in the trailers for MGO... It pains me to see the greatest game this gen has such a poor online service (the gameplay itself is awesome but content wise it sucks)... I dont mind paying for addons if the game deserves it... But to be honest im not gonna pay for something that blatantly should of been in the online package anyway...

DLC is like a pizza

If i order a pizza I expect all slices to be there... I dont expect 3/4 of the pizza and paying an additional fee for the 1/4
BUT I will (gladly) pay for a nice pizza and a little bit more for some nice toppings

Yea konami is a really crappy company this gen especially when it comes to online. Completely ruined PES 08 online and they actually went out of their way to ruing MGO.

I haven't bought new add on yet and i have 1,600 reward points. Survival mode is a free mode and you get reward points from there...i have personally never played survival mode so i don't know where my points came from

Thanks mate... I havent seen survival mode yet... I also had over 1000 points and was unsure where they came from... Maybe it was a little freebie when they introdced the system...

The thing about the reward points is that the expansion includes a mode called survival in which grants you a bunch of reward points if you play in them. Its every saturday if I remember correctly. You can get reward points while just playing the game daily but you only get like 10 or so.

The online aspect isn't bad at all, you should try it out.
