So, I put two and two together, and thought.

Perhaps the SCEE game Savage Moon is the game beign developed by Seed Studios that is without a Producer (annoucned).

Perhaps the annoucnement is that SCEE is the producer, and SCEE would suit Portugal. Let me explain.

On NeoGAF an employee posted this. Seemingly hintign at a big budget game, rather than a PSN or DS sized game. Strange, eh?

No. Seed Studio is a small dev team . It's probably creating exclusive PSN games.
Savage Moon is first party too.

Updated post. Firstly you can't confim that it's a first party game, it's only Published by Sony. And Secondly, as the quote shows, the employee at Seed Studios was hardly hinting at a PSN game.

So,when the journalist visited the SCEE studios he saw a team working on a game that
was made by Seed in Portugal?

Believe me,no games on PSN would run on a DS.

He didn't see a team... all that happened was it was confirmed by USK, and nothign else. All we know is the publisher and the name.
