MARCH 27--Meet Vince Shlomi. He's probably better known to you as the ShamWow Guy, the ubiquitous television pitchman who has been phenomenally successful peddling absorbent towels and food choppers. Shlomi, 44, was arrested last month on a felony battery charge following a violent confrontation with a prostitute in his South Beach hotel room. According to an arrest affidavit, Shlomi met Sasha Harris, 26, at a Miami Beach nightclub on February 7 and subsequently retired with her to his $750 room at the lavish Setai hotel. Shlomi told cops he paid Harris about $1000 in cash after she "propositioned him for straight sex." Shlomi said that when he kissed Harris, she suddenly "bit his tongue and would not let go." Shlomi then punched Harris several times until she released his tongue.

If you ever watch that SHAMWOW commercial there is a part that blatantly shows its fixed. The part were he pours soda on the carpet, first there is a puddle seeping under it, then the camera cuts away and pans back, and the puddle is gone!!! This is b4 he attempts to absorb the soda w/ the shammy.

I have got two pieces of info on the shamwow guy.

I had heard that Billy Mays (oxyclean guy) has challenged Vince to a cage match for Infomercial supremacy. 

Secondly, I saw Vince at the 2008 National Auto show in Wash DC.  This guy is a Tsunami of Duchbaggery.  He was set up at the vendors midway pedaling his shammies, of course my wife being a sucker for this type of stuff was drawn in.  When I told Wifey that his product was an overpriced towl, Vince stopped his presentation and called me out on it.  I simply replied "no I am here to enjoy myself, and not to get into a dick measuring contest with the Shamwow guy".

In summary, this doucher got what he deserved.  Jail time and probably an infection.
