Title pretty much says it all, but rather than just saying "Yes" or "No" could you guys provide me with some reasons. The kinds of stuff you can do with the game, how easy it is for new players to get in to it, that kind of thing.

What kind of game is it most like? And what sort of gamer would you think would like it?

Many thanks.

I think you should get it. My friend finds it really hard but he only tried once and the new update will give you a tutorial to help you learn how to play. There is a great variation in weapons but the shooting in it is lock-on and not that effective. There are loads of vehicles that completely change the way you play: Turrets, Tanks, 4X4s, Planes, 8 man trucks and Dropships.  The maps can be huge but with 32 players they can feel small. Great game with frantic or calm gameplay depending on your style.

Yes, get it.

No, it's not easy for new players to get into.

Warhawk is one of the most rewqrding experiences on the PS3 if you spend the time to learn it. On the surface it's just sort of an arcadey shooter, but as you gain more experience you'll see it's every bit as deep as pretty much anything out there. Also, there are always tons of games to join even after all this time and it's only going to get better with trophy support and new features in 1.5.

Tutorials in 1.5 sound like a good idea. I don't mind it being hard as long as I know can find out what I'm supposed to be doing.

What are the main features of the warhawk patches? A lot of the reviews I've read talk about the game at launch (or near enough), so what good stuff have they put in to it?

I'm asking lots of questions because I've never really played a game like this, the most time I've spent in an online game is with Burnout Paradise

If you don't buy the expansions, the game hasn't changed too much since release. You can get a wrench to fix vehicles now and there are these mines that heal your team and hurt the other team. there are two new game modes now too. One is sort of like capture the flag with multiple flags spread around the field and the other is just a gladiator clone. There are only like 5 maps which doesn't seem like much, but running from one end to the other could take like 10 minutes.

Get it and join our game on the 30th.

Ok, this all seems brilliant, but let's try this:
What are the games biggest problems?

Oh, and is it true that up to 4 players can play online with splitscreen?

Lol. You're just full of questions. 4 players can play online using splitscreen of the server you're on allows it. Most do.

As for problems, the lack of a single player campaign is a big one, but that's sort of reflected in the relatively low price of the game. There are some ****s and point whores online, but that's the case in any game.

The biggest problem is probably the difficulty curve. It's a really hard game to get into and your first few hours with the game are almost guarenteed to be extremely frustrating. Just remember to look for noob servers and stick with it and things will get better quickly. Play with friends and headsets at first if you can.

Bro...

Should you incur into wild sex if there's a bed full of playboy's bunnies calling your name????

Warhawk is a very fun, competitive, challenging, varied, balanced and pretty online game...  It could do some things a bit better, but overall it's an awesome game....  It's worth the money.

Did I say it's fun??

I think I'm sold. Now if I can just get my internet provider to take off our ridiculous internet speed cap I can hopefully join everyone on the 30th.

Thanks a lot for your help guys, really appreciated!

You should definetly get it. I just got it sort of recently and its awesome. The best thing about the game is you dont really get bored of playing it. If you get tired of flying the planes grab a sniper. If you get tired of that jump in a tank. If you get tired of that get some close quarters combat in. The game just has so much and really is fun to play, but no its not very noob friendly. Lets just say your going to die alot when you first get it but give it time and the game really opens up and becomes fun.

Does he know where these women have been? Even when it comes to Playboy bunnies, a man must have standards.

I think standards go out the window after a sight like that....

I definitely would not get it if I were you.  The learning curve is immense, and the weapons suck terribly.  There is no variety and flying the planes or whatever they're called is lame and doesn't feel right.  Plus the rank up system is impossible and requires too much of one's time to be taken seriously.

I would definitely PASS if I were you.  There are too many other good MMOTPS to choose from out there.

But surely you must value your health? No length of time with a Playboy bunny is worth the trouble of contracting HIV, and eventually AIDS now, is it? Also, given what these women do for a living, you could end up with gonorrhea, which is not pleasant.
