Why does it say 2009?. I found my info on a link of an N4G article the it was about soem of the E3 news and games that will be revealed

A new Sims game, eh? Is that a momentous occasion or something? I kinda thought they'd just keep releasing Expansion Packs for Sims 2 for the next ten years. All I know is that there won't be any point in getting the game until there are a few Expansion Packs out. That's if I even bother with the game in the first place. I have the Harvest Moon series if I wanna play a Life Simulation game, and Harvest Moon is a load better than The Sims.

Any chance this game coming to the PS3... that be nice because I like these types of games but I don;t have a PC anymore... I have a Mac and Linux PC... I am hoping to get a new mac one that can handle these types of games but I was just wondering if they had said anything about it coming to consoles systems....

Considering there were about seven Sim's games released for last-gen consoles I would bet on a console version of Sim's 3.
