I wish. Dont Sony give info on FW updates the day it comes out on the ps blog ? I highly doubt FW2.4 will come out tomorrow, a very random tuesday.

Pslifestyle had inside information that it would possibly come out on the 10th of june.

oh, ok, cause after reading your comment i went over to PSBlog to see if they mentioned 2.40 but didn't find anything.
PSLifestyle isn't anything official but they have gotten some good insider bits in the past.

Everything you hear is pure rumour and speculation. Nothing is ‘meant’ to happen.

All we know is that fw 2.4 will hit this ‘summer’ barring any further delays

Playstation Lifestyle said it's coming on the 10th.
Another source said it's coming mid-June.
Sixth-Axis said yesterday it's been delayed to July.

Everybody has their "sources", but until Sony confirms it everything else is speculation.
Then again, the day is still young, Sony might update the PSBlog this evening. *shrug*

So far, it was supposed to be June 10, got delayed to July due to a bug, the bug was fixed, so now people are saying June 18th, but the latest will be earlier than July, so this month for sure.

Well its been confirmed in-game xmb update has been dated for December 8th 2008, so in other words our next update will have close to nothing xD. Its on Sony's main website atm. Check it out yourself. THIS IS A LIE
