Amazon.com is a gigantic corporation im pretty sure mgs 4 preorders did not bring it down. They are a truly massive online retailer they wouldnt make such a noobish mistake.

Well, considering it's up and running now and after searching for MGS4 it's still down i'd have to say Solid Snake took it out silently.

what is the content of the LE GUIDE for MGS4? just the guide? or some art? or a movie? something has to be in order to cost that much.

I knew it would sell out quick though. Forget the fact that its MGS4, we are also talking about 80GB consoles. Last time amazon had 80GB they sold out quick as well. MGS4 + 80GB =

PS. I wonder why kotaku isn't reporting this. They were quick to write about how MGS4 was not selling to 60% in JP through their random poll but no mention of total MGS take over...Kotaku just embrace it
