If you could pick any song to be in the MGS4 soundtrack, what would it be?
mine would be "All Along The Watchtower" Jimi Hendrix
If you dont know the lyrics, go to projectplaylist.com and search the song
they remind me of it... idk

None, the MGS4 soundtrack should stick the same score team and Harry Gregson-Williams.

None, keep the same fantastic theme by Harry Gregson-Williams. It's just epic. Wouldn't ruin a game like MGS by putting custom soundtracks in, that's ridiculous.

However, Jimmy Hendrix is awesome

No. No. No.

All along the Watchtower would be good in the Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay soundtrack.

Yaya, i know the MGS soundtrack should stay the same.
But, imagine if there was no soundtrack.
Like, what song would best replace
use your imagination, dont get caught up just cuz MGS's soundtrack is already gonna be sweet.

Joke? Gothenburg bands do not belong in MGS4, no argument. Even true metal, which I listen to, is incredibly out of place.

In response to the above, just different classical-esque MGS music that wasn't the same. No rock n roll, rap, pop, or any other form of music that isn't classical or jazzy (or techno-y, for those crazy boss battles like Fat Man).

I love techno, but really only a small majority of it would actually work for MGS4, like you said, Their original soundtrack is more then good enough.

I would actually (enter something extreme here, keep it positive so as to show appreciation for whatever made me do the extreme thing) if somewhere in the game they played 'The Best Is Yet To Come' you know the Irish Opratic song that started off MGS1!!!

As weve all seen, in the TGS trailer I think, Snake in REX, in a place that looks like Shadow Moses (probably is), I would totally (do the extreme thing) if Snake was to enter Shadow Moses again, swimming in with his scubba gear on to the dock that started off MGS1, and the music that was in the first one just started playing exactly as it did 10 years ago!
*tears of joy*

...? I was referring to Fat Man's electronic-y theme.

They should use the Solid Snake's theme in some point of the game, LONG time since I've heard that theme.

Big Boss' Calling to the Night MPO theme was EPIC BTW, one of my favorites on par with The Best is Yet to Come.
