Sony to start charging for Psn?

I just opened a message in my mail box that say's"Any way to make along story short", Message basically say's that if you don't send this message to all of your psn friends,that on dec 1 09 they will start charging a fee. Sony wants 500,000 psn users to protest this action,and they won't charge for the service. I don't understand this. Maybe some one has put this up allready and i have'nt seen it yet. What's it mean?

I'm not sure they can, when the ps3 launched the advertised in-store the free online gaming. Sony won't fall for legal advertising foolishness
