KEVERS you missed your calling as the worlds greatest detective. Sorry to upset you. Your opinion has no basis in fact or reality, and is completely retarded... IMO. Better?

TheLastGuardian I never understood when people said one game will kill another. So you think Tomb Raider will be so good that nobody will buy Uncharted 3 and Naughty Dog will cancel it? Pffft. Yea, that's really gonna happen. I haven't looked at any screenshots or trailers for the new Tomb Raider. I have 0 interest in that series. Oh and the new Lara has a man face. Nothing can kill Uncharted. what a joke of thread!

the only way this game could come close to UC is if lara still had double D's... even then it would still be a long shot

TheLastGuardian DrStabwounds No way that will happen. Reason's it won't: They have watered down Tomb Raiders respectability with numerous crappy titles. Uncharted is rising and TR is falling in popularity, game quality, press etc... TR is not relevent any more for reasons stated above. Uncharted has better stories with characters that you want to like. TR has nothing to compete with Naughty Dog's story or character. People don't just want some big breasted chick with mediocre everything else. Even if TR does well, it will mean nothing to Uncharted - they are unrelated(beside playstyle) ORLY? http://forums.n4g.com/tm.aspx?high=&m=877871&mpage=1#877871 Well, you're right, people do, but that won't make a game good. Which is what it takes to sell them (Unless your a well established franchise as in COD)

You just can't say a game is better by just looking at some screenshots. I have faith that Tomb Raider will be a good game, but I just can't tell for sure because I haven't played Tomb Raider yet. For example: I thought Splinter Cell Conviction would have a amazing story mode, but I just found it boring after playing it, same story with James Bond: Blood Stone. You just can't judge a game by it screens or trailers. What's with these game wars anyway...

ok so Uncharted 3 is aiming to better part 2 which i have no doubt it will so that means that Tomb Raider will have to be twice as good Uncharted 2! big big big expectations

Better puzzles, better story, more interesting characters, more gritty Better puzzles? Uncharted has puzzles? No, really...Uncharted has never really been known for brain-busting puzzles. better story? Maybe, maybe not. Both storylines in the Uncharted series are top-notch. more interesting characters? Again, maybe, maybe not. It depends on what you qualify as "interesting". But it would be hard to match Uncharted's level of humor and realism. The characters in the series feel so natural and believable. more gritty? In what way? And how does this make the new Tomb Raider better than Uncharted? It sounds to me you just want to hype up Tomb Raider and need to justify it. Go for it. I'll be enjoying Uncharted 3 this year.

As long as Tomb Raider is heading in the right direction, I'm happy. Uncharted killer? Probably not, but a little healthy competition is good for the games. Uncharted raised the bar, hopefully the Tomb Raider series can do the same. More for all of us.

R.I.P Mori, you were always the most hyperactive friend I have ever had. In ways you were the heart of the House of Versiglia.

meeeeeeeeeeeeeehhhhhhhhhhhh Tomb Raider games have been promising so much change over the last few years. The last was a step in the right direction but to be honest i don't think anyone cares about Lara anymore. If i do buy it, it won't be straight away.

This is the dumbest ****ing thread since the "hiz im yadda-dada-da" and my fave halo memory is when my 360 overheated..... Thread is laughable..InMyOpinion. OT- If so, then sweet....it'll probably end up with Nathan Drake raping Lara Croft. Yeah, I'm a ND fanboy. Square Enix can eat **** and die(unless they give me another hitman).

sorry to dissapoint you but uncharted 3 is going to wipe the floor with the new tomb raider. better graphics, more interesting story (iram of pillars), likeable characters, not to mention who is to say this new tomb raider game will be any good? i mean you see a few screenshots, concept art, & all of the sudden it's the uncharted killer? & this is coming from some one who really liked the tomb raider games. give it up uncharted is here to stay & it's not going anywhere naughty dog are amazing developers & they know what they are doing crystal dynamics don't know what's going to hit them next year.

It'd be awesome if it was better than Uncharted. We need more amazing games and less time wasters.
