I've played both and I prefer controllers, Fact.

Not gonna argue about the graphics thing but I payed 300 for my xbox. How much was your PC?

exactly so your graphics argument comes with some holes in it as many people like myself do not want to spend that kind of cash on a gaming rig and would rather get pretty much the same experience from a console.

The keyboard/mouse vs. controller argument is just dumb as that is all up to personal preference. It's not like I wonder around like an idiot who can't shoot with any accuracy whatsoever while using my controller as you make it out to be. It works much better for me.

I've played console and pc shooters, goldeneye was one the best fps's of all time, but this is not about which is the better control scheme....anyone who has played both knows that pc is 1000 times better for shooters, it is more accurate, Fact. You don't need to play games competitively to see that mouse/keyboard is a better way to play fps games. Pc's will always have better graphics. Which brings me back to my question, what exactly is superior about the 360 version?

Costs 6 dollars more than a 360, but would be able to play CoD MW2 at highest settings with AA, etc.

Edit: You dont need to go all out when it comes to PC building, you can go cheap and still make a machine that could easily run circle around CoD MW2

The fact that I paid more than $300 for my pc does not mean that a pc that can exceed the graphics and frame rates cannot be had for $300, jager proved it.

So MW2 is now a TPS? I checked the IW forums and ppl are saying it is only for certain playlists. I have to say I'm even more interested now. I hope this is true I love TPS.

Besides direct X microsoft never did anything for pc gaming, they were never great pc publishers and never did anything to push the platform, i don't see how the x-box has anything to do with it. PC gaming is better of without microsoft involvement. If they were involved they would charge for dx licensing and everyone would have to pay them to use the platform, luckily for gamers nvidia and ati are pulling the pc gaming string's on the API side of things.

dragon age origins
mass effect 2
bioshock 2
starcraft 2
diablo 3
doom 4
fallout: new vegas
aliens vs predator
command and conquer 4
crysis 2
supreme commander 2
mirrors edge 2
the witcher 2

Alot of those are multiplats, but the fact remains that there are still alot of great games coming to pc, all the best multiplats and some awesome exclusives...and former exclusives ( crysis series)

Starcraft should scale amazingly, and work on almost any pc....providing the last time you upgraded wasn't 10 years ago

same here, but i just like building my own computers etc....i don't know how it started, i suppose like everyone else i saw some amazing pc game and wanted to be able to play it... ( back in the day i think doom 3 was a big incentive to upgrade it looked awesome for it's time but it absolutely killed my computer)

You could use the PC i posted that cost 306 dollars, but replace the 9500 with a Nvidia 9800... would cost maybe 20 more dollars and would easily handle any game (cept crysis, you could play crysis but only at medium settings).
