We can IP ban the people with mutiple accounts, how the problem with that is the fact that some people will have a static and dynamic IP. Sometimes you can IP ban the offender and end up banning alot of other people by mistake. Personally, I think there should be an appeal system for when you get banned, so you guys can give us a valid reason as to why you think your ban should be shorted or eliminated.
is there a way to make ppl have like 50 or 100 posts b4 they can start making topics and stuff....that would keep the numbers down sorta

Well initially people constantly did it and changed it to bad names as well, plus its harder to track them when your looking over a bunch of members.

Wouldn't it be possible to enable thread permission for all in the introductions subforum, and in all other subforums only give the permission to users with 100 posts or above. You could use some usergroup like the one showing those invader aliens under people's names, to automatically move people to a thread-post-permitting (great word man :D) usergroup when they reach 100 posts.
