I hate it how when you get a bunch of kills on your own you don't get first place . You have the most kills but the guy in first place has the most "team" points. They should uhh... they should fix that....

PS: I like stealing points in battle field bad comp.... I blow up the crate with my C4 after someone already planted the bomb and take their 30 points (they get nothing) hahahaha

it really depends on the gametype... when the gametype is an objective.. i really hate those tarts just run around trying to kill people.. driving though zone markers and not getting it.  The team aspect is very very important to warhawk...see a zone for spawing undefended.. go freakin get it.  People keep getting your flag uncontested.. protect the damn flag, go get mines, and drop em.  See the hero over there all alone.. protect him.  See a tank with no one in it.. get the wrench and hop in.  See that guy running around far from everything... if you are in a jeep pick him up and get going.  Is the first spawn on an island.. and there are only 3 warhawks.. well hell, let someone in and drop him off. Warhawk is all about teamwork, and im glad they reward it.

Yeah...I know what you're talking about.  I usually have one of the highest, if not the highest, kills in a match for most of the time, but I rank an average of 15.

That is usually because the game favors gamers who go capture zones and/or successfully capture a flag.  They score the highest, even without killing a single person.  That is why I posted in the "what's your highest online leaderboard score" thread that if Warhawk implemented a global leaderboard on Warhawk kills, I would probably at least go to the top 1,000 players.

I actually hate the teams where everyone just wants to kill (when its an objective)... we always get raped cuz no one captures spawn points.  Thats actually key to a team deatch match anyways.. make sure you have spawn points.. if you run the board.. you can destroy the other team.. but these guys just dont car, and its up to players like me to run around trying to get spawn points cuz im sick an tired of having to spawn at the base with enemy warhawks patrolling the area just unloading.

Thanks Smokey, my first laugh of the day!  But yeah, stealing your own teammate's score intentionally (unless the enemy was about to disarm the bomb) is well, lame.

It's like on COD when your own team kills you if you are defusing the bomb so that they get the points.

Thats what makes warhawk great.  It not just about killing people. Unless your in a str8 up deathmatch but even the team deathmatches you have to get the zones so you can have more spawning areas which gives you points.  Get with the program mystery.  Team Work is great.  Especially in collection (which i played for the first time yesterday..i love zones)  its best if you give the orbs (or whatever you call them) to one person so you can score the max point but you hardly see anyone do that cuz they dont think they are gonna get the points.

Maddens....beep........beep.......beep....beep...beepbeepbeepbeepbeepbeep...BOOM

hey madden, have you tried the new game modes.. they are pretty fun.  That APC is freaking awesome, you can spawn in there, pop out and shoot bazooka missles.  Im really getting back into this game.. but with madden, and eden, and getting my MLB 2008 player to the hall of fame.. theres just not enough time in the day

I have only briefly, but briefly touched on the new modes.  I went on vacation for two days about a month ago and was able to get in about 3 hours of gameplay.  I really haven't sunk my teeth into all of the new "toys" the game has to offer.  That should change here in the near future and you will see me once again.  Once I'm able to get back on....I'm afraid all other games will take a big plush backseat to the 'Hawk.

I hate games that don't award assist points for kills. In MGO i can mow a guys health by like 90% and while i'm off reloading some dude hits him and gets ALL the points. Its annoying but it is what it is

Ya team work is everything in WH unless your playing dm lol
Give a m8 a ride if your the first to the warhawk suport your teammates on the field.
Grab bases protect the flag help out the flag runner etc..

Personally i usually place in the top spot on ctf without touching the flag playing a good support game really pays. At least for ctf and zones Collection is too hard to play without clanmates cause guys just dont get how it works and will keep cashing in single cores sigh and Heroes more of a loner game it seems cause no one really supports their hero tho I really love being hero and going al out on an ennemie base.
