What games are coming out before September that are worth looking at?

Civ Revolution will be good, but I'll probably be satisfied with the PC versions I already have.
Their's SoulCaliber, but I've never been into fighting, maybe it's time to try it out?

Any other games worth, at least, considering?

Like what?

I almost passed on BattleField:BC, but decided it might help me through the summer a little bit.

Soul Calibur 4 is a must have IMO. Plus, they now have finishing moves and even though not gory or fatality-ish, their still fun. Plus, Soul Calibur IMO is the best 3D fighting series.
Then there are Battlefield BC and Civ Revolution but as you said, this Civ is pretty simple compared to PC ones.

Boom Blox and Blast Works on Wii are great but mostly Boom Blox which is the best and most fun Wii game till now IMO. It's my absolute Wii GOTY and I may end up getting a Wii just for it. Near sublime and as good as a Wii game can ever get without changing it's name to Mad World.

Also, check out IGN's summer games guide.

This week Super Smash Brawl, FF: Crisis Core and GH: Aerosmith were released.
Theres a load of games out on the 4th July.
A lot of the games seem to be for handhelds though.

Civilization: Revolution is totally awesome, even though they did take out the micro-management.

I'm looking forward to Brothers in Arms and Too Human, both being released in August.  Civ Rev is also on the buy list for July.

WIPEOUT HD. It should come before september and it is the best sci-fi racing game.
