Residen... Oh yeah, Crapcom sucks, almost forgot.

Definitely God Of War III. I have all 3 of the GoW titles and can't choose a favorite (CoO was a bit short though, but God mode is brutal).

MGS4 is a definite purchase as well.

FFXIII is the RPG to get... Real-time combat and no random encounters a-la FFXII would be perfect... And for once, when I buy new armor, make it change my appearance! No excuses, this is next gen!

Resistance 2 will also pwn.

this is why I'm not to heavily waiting for XIII. I mean don't get me wrong I'm stoked for it but it's weaning us away from what made Final Fantasy.. Final Fantasy! It's not suppose to be an action RPG

Technically it's still not an ARPG, because there's no X=light attack O=heavy attack Sq=magic Tri=jump control set-up, if you get my gist.

Lol seriously in the same boat as you. Games haven't really been impressing me. Going to cut back on gaming heavily after MGS4 since after that i expect all other games to fail in comparison

I know this Off topic a bit, but can someone explain to me FFXII combat system, I only got to ever see it once, and it had like like these lines of arching light coming out of the player and they tried to put then on the target. Then they would start the hack and slash.
