...I feel that Insomniac and Ratchet and Clank do it best. This isn't to start a huge war, but honestly, I think that this game sets the bar for platformers. The puzzles might not be that hard, but this game is about a mix of all platforming types. Other platformer gamers are all about intense puzzles and others are like, idk...Mario-esque where you just try to win and find all the secret stuff. Ratchet and Clank - always has secrets to unlock, some which are rather hard too. And the skill points gives you a reason to replay the game over and over, especially since it is a bit easer to do so after you have unlocked a bunch of stuff after beating the game(this is sometimes the only way to do so). The best part about it is that there is a story, it makes sense, and it is pretty comedic. All I'm saying is, this is a game a lot of people should play/own, especially if you are a PS3 owner, or actually, any sony system after the ps1. There's even one on mobile phones, but that isnt as deep or fun, but it is still pretty funny. Did I mention that this game always looks great, no matter what system you play it on. I could go on and on actually, but this is to the PS3/PS2/PSP as Crash Bandicoot was to the PS1, even better, and that is saying a lot. Now, if only Jak and Daxter would come back and partner up release dates with it again, it could be a great team just like Spyro and Crash were back in the good old days. Now I patiently await Ratchet Team Racing... ZOMG THAT WOULD BE SOO AWESOME!!!!
