ORIGINAL: Polluted The game looked cool enough and the story was alright (ish) but the way it controlled absolutely murdered that game for me, though. Maybe if they would have mde it a first person RPG or something it might have been manageable, but if you're making an FPS the controls need to be there and they just weren't. The guns didn't feel like they were having any impact, the aiming was seriously twitchy and the way they tried to make the characters movements look cool was a neat idea, but it just made the whole thing feel way to sluggish and loose. Also the side missions were weak, there were a few glitches that made it impossible to complete certain missions if you didn't do them in the right order. The WW1 sections of the game were ugly and seriously boring to play through and the gangster story they were telling was kind of cool, but all the supernatural elements didn't really make a whole lot of sense. Then there's the multiplayer...blech. Anyway, as you can tell, I didn't like it. Hopefully the sequel is better because I really liked the art direction and darkness powers have potential if implemented better. you weren't really suppose to use the weapons once you have The Darkness, I liked the WW1 parts they were mad creepy, but thats just me.
