Sure sure it's still a month away but the main page has been riddled with a plethora of news about all the little joys we as Wii owners are getting

Anyone going to enjoy this service at launch?  Anyone have a game or two they are getting right away?

I myself will get the Lost Wind, My Life as a King, and possible the Goo one.  I'm looking forward to that one where you are the culinary critic on a plane full of vampires you need to hack away.

I also like how they have the VC and WiiWare.  Great to split up the old and new keeps things organized

I'm pretty psyched, especially since Capcom recently announced that they will be supporting WiiWare.  Have Dr. Mario and Bomberman been announced?

I think Dr Mario has been.  Yeah for Capcom to say they are making something new for WiiWare is pretty cool

I find it interesting because a lot of people (mostly trolls and fanboys) have been questioning this year's Wii line-up. Most of the very people in this thread have set them straight, but now there seems to be additional fun coming that people really weren't accounting for...

Lost Winds, World of Goo and some of the others look like fabulous uses of the Wiimote, with art design that's actually creative and well done. Several of these are better implementations than most large third-party devs have managed.

All this, plus the fact that Boom Blox is getting a major upgrade in many peoples' minds means the wii should still be in great shape for the foreseeable future. A bunch of great games @ $15 each can't hurt.
