How many People Have been Scammed on ebay buying a wii?
I was scammed last July by the ebay user Wanted_stuff.
I Paid $320 for a wii that "was lost in mail".
After being tricked out of a paypal settlement, i have filed a chargeback via my credit card company. Paypal States" We reccommend that you use our Internal system for dispute settlements".

Who Else Has been Scammed on E-bay, Amazon or any other site?

My girlfriend actually bought me a wii last year on ebay.It took 3 sellers for one to actually go through with the sale.My girl bought it for around 350 dollars shipped. This was 3 days before christmas btw with overnight delivery.Although i do remember her saying something about how the first guy actually backed out on the offer(didnt knwo you coudl do that)told her that it went for to little and wasnt going to sell it.....we gave negative feedback. Then the second dude said that he bought like 5 of them from around his town and was going home when someone broke into his car and stole everything.
Dont know if this is true but the guy told my girl that he had other stuff in there too like a couple psp's,ds's,and a bluray player. All were going to get sold on ebay excpet for the bluray player.

Third guy came through i guess since i got the wii on christmas day.

also if you really want to scam work at a resturaunt.Get as many credit card numbers, names, zipcodes, security codes, expiration dates as you can. work there around 3 to 4 years or so(so no one thinks its you) get another job someone where else work there about a year or so.......then use one credit card for each purchase.Big screen tv from a walmart with one card.....couple months later new living room set with another card. and so on.be sure when talking to a table to make sure they are from out of town.
and remember video cameras rotate their video every couple days to a week.so make sure not to step foot back in the place you bought the stuff from for atleast a week to a month.remember to always dress in the complete opposite as you would always wear a hat and at every place you go draw in permanent marker some kind of fake tattoo to really mess with cops.If they cant see your face they go for bodily marks.and rmemeber to park in another parking lot most parking lots nowadays have camerasaswell.

Ive never done this but ive thought about it before and wonder why more resturaunt employees never steal credit card numbers.I never hear about it.

and this was all a joke.

I use ebay no problem, trick is to pay attention to feedback notice how long they have been members and pay close attention to the wording.

only problem I've had was some prat sending me threats due to non payment, it was non paymant because the idiot wasn't taking any notice of the emails I was sending him asking for a name and address to send the cheque to I emailed Ebay and told em all about it and they sorted it out, got an email from the guy the next day giving me the payment details, saying sorry and giving it some bull about being too busy to read his emails (which is breach of ebay rules, a seller must be contactable via email).

thats the only problem with ebay I find, you get some prats not responding or taking there time and blaming the fact on there aledged success saying they are busy and have so many customers they can't be expected to read every email etc, well thats bull. it's there problem if they are biting off more then they can chew, under ebay rules they are expect to give a good level of customer service such as being easy to contact and resolving things and sending out goods swiftly.
