Allot of people troll Wii owners for not having good games. Allot of dual console owners also complain about Wii not having allot of good games. I made this thread so those people would leave me and other people who own Wii alone. I only list the games I think are fun and I only list games I own myself. I don't like it when people vouch for games they've never played so I won't. I don't give a damn about your perception of their graphics or if their "kiddie" or not. But there's no **** shovelware here. : )
Awesome
BlastWorks: Build, Trade, Destroy
Ever wanted to create your own shooter? The game features an awesome stage builder that allows endless hours of gameplay. Plus you can download games that other people have made. Its awesome. Don't hate on it because of its basic graphic style. Plus its $40. Got great reviews.
Boom Blox
This has got to be the most amazing game I have seen in years. Yes it looks simple, but its f'n incredible. If you have to buy game for someone buy them this. You can't go wrong.
Excite Truck
My favorite Wii game hands down. basically you drive a big damn truck with mario kart controls and pull of tricks. The first player is not as long as I'd like but it has a ton of replay value, trying to get the highest score is a ton of fun.
House of the Dead 2 & 3 Return
Its a light gun game remake of the arcade classics. They are f'ing awesome, thats all I can say. Its again the same great game you played in arcades so corny voice overs, graphics they are all the same.
Kororinpa: Marble Mania
This game is better than Super Monkey Ball. You guide marbles through a stage and try to collect as many gems as possible. Its got bad reviews for being too short but ignore them. Buy the game, buy the upcoming longer sequel and love them.
Mario Galaxy
Really you all know this. If you have a Wii and don't have this game please go buy another console. This game is worth a Wii just for it.
Mario Kart Wii
Its got bikes, tricks, 8 cups, 12 player online racing, and an awesome battle mode. Screw what anyone tells you. Play with wiimote only. Best Mario Kart ever. It beats Super Mario Kart 64, yes its that amazing.
Metroid Prime 3: Corruption
The final chapter in the Prime Trilogy, its like the others except with arguably the best controls on a console FPS ever made because of I.R. This is another one of those "obvious" buys. Its Metroid its 3d, and its awesome. First world feels like Halo, next feels like Metroid Hunters, after that its just plain old Metroid. Yes thats a good thing.
No More Heroes
Wiimote light sabers, wiimote cell phones, awesome boss fights, so much stuff here. Plus its got great humor and loads of blood. Its suda's best game.
Okami
You take the role of the Sun God Amaterasu in wolf form to save the land from destruction. Go around restoring areas, and feeding animals to gain respect points in an rpg like build up system. You also get to use the Celestial Brush to solve puzzles, create bombs, slash enemies, and many more things through out the story. This is the best action adventure on Wii. If you have to chose between this and Twilight Princess, choose this.
Super Smash Bros. Brawl
This is one of the best fighting games ever made, period. Its simple but it has allot of depth, with a full fledged story mode, an arcade classic fighting mode, and an incredible multiplayer mode. It has a total of 35 characters and a ton of stages. Plus there's also hundreds of trophies and stickers to collect. This is an amazing game. Go buy it.
WarioWare: Smooth Moves
This has over 200 awesome mini games and after you beat the single player multiplayer is unlocked. It really shows off allot of what the Wii can do. If you need a party game add this one to your list. Its a thousand times better than Mario Party. Oh yeah and its one of the funniest games you'll ever play. : )
Zack & Wiki: Quest for Barbaros' Treasure
Awesome. Don't let the cute name turn you off, Capcom's latest point and click adventure game is so amazing you'd think it was an old school Lucas Arts game. Whether its difficult puzzles or great motion controls this game has it all. Its $20 at Amazon right now. If you own a Wii and don't have this game then your nuts.

Bully: Scholarship Edition
Its the same PS2 game you knew and loved but with extra levels and crazily awesome motion controls. No its not just **** waggle. Think the Godfather Wii like controls. Overall great game : )
Godfather: Blackhand Edition
Wow, where do I begin? First off its a good game on any console and if you don't own it buy it. Second the Wii controls are just amazing 25+ gestures, I.R. its just something you can't experience elsewhere. Screens make this game look bad, but its awesome.
Geometry Wars: Galaxies
Awesome shooter game, it has leader boards, 64 levels, co-op. Game is amazing, IMO its better than allot of Treasure shooters and thats really saying something. You can find it in bargain bins too. If you won't pay $20 for this game your committing a crime.
Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
Its a great addition to an all ready legendary franchise. Its very Ocarina of Time like. Can't go wrong here.
LEGO Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures
Go around exploring areas in the Indiana Jones movies, and well its a lego game 'nuff said. There always amazing and this ones no different. Finally there is a game better than the movie.
Mecury Meltdown Revolution
It plays like a cross between Koripona and Super Monkey Ball. Its got a neat heating and cooling system, tilt controls, and some really great speed once you get going. It also features a pretty basic, although nice art style. Its $20 and its worth every penny.
Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles
This game is the best spin off in history. Awesome light gun controls and a great story make this one a keeper.
Super Paper Mario
Its not as good as the other 2 but its still a good game. not quite an RPG, not quite a platformer. This game sort of creates its own genre.
Trauma Center: New Blood
You play as a Surgeon in an ER room helping dying patients. You use the wiimote for surgical operations and it also includes multiplayer and leaderboards. Its a really fun title and this type of game can't be found on any other system.
Trauma Center: Second Opinion
A second entry to the Trauma Center series on Wii, this one is arguably better because it has some more polish. If you have to only buy one, buy this one.
Pretty Good
Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock
Its GH3 its good, wherever you go its gonna be good.
LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga
Again its lego, its Star wars. You can't go wrong with that.
Mario Strikers: Charged
The game has some primitive online but its still fun. Its one of the best multiplayer games on the system. Crazy Soccer + Mario = win.
Rayman Raving Rabbids
This is and Warioware are the only mini game collections worth buying on Wii. The rabbids have got a sick sense of humor (shooting plungers at people in city shooting games), and the game uses the Wiimote very well. Skip Mario Party and Rayman Rabbids 2 those games are ****.

Dragon Quest Swords
Its your typical Dragon Quest game, for good or bad. The controls are all motion based though so be warned. Its only about $30 now though so it makes a good addition to your backlog.
Pinball Hall of Fame: The Williams Collection
This is an awesome pinball game. Possibly the best one for consoles ever made. It has tons of retro boards from the 70s, 80s, 90s and its loaded with fan service for pinball fans. I just didn't put this in "awesome" like I wanted too because if you don't enjoy pinball this game won't change your mind. Its only $20 though so dig in.
WiiWare
There aren't that many WiiWare games out yet but there are a few worth noting. You can't go wrong with any of these great games.
Dr. Mario RX
Its basically the same game you played on N64 with online, co-op in a new mode called virus buster. its really addicitng and you'll have fun playing people online.
Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a King
This game is an awesome sim. You basically control your kingdoms servants and try to build up your empire. Its addictive as hell to me, and the downloadable content is a nice bonus. Don't let price turn you off its got a load of content. Its $15
Lost Winds
Wow this game is odd. You guide your Hero through areas with the Wiimote and manipulate the wind. Its got an Okami feel too it. This is the best game to get on Wiiware.
Toki Tori
A brilliant puzzle game, you command your chicken through levels to collect all the eggs. Its awesome, beautifully designed and has addicting gameplay.
Virtual Console
Its time to play some classics, here are some of the best games available on the VC, in my opinion of course.
Contra III: The Alien Wars (Super Nintendo)
This is the best run and gun game ever made. It plays like an awesome corny 80s movie and has amazing controls. its one of the best games on the SNES and its a great game to have on your Wii.
Donkey Kong Country (Super Nintendo)
This game is kick ass you swing from vines, ride on mine carts, explore underwater levels, anything you can think of they do it. its got a unique (for the time) control system where you control both DK and Diddy Kony at once and switch position to use there advantages. Damn its still awesome ten years later.
F-Zero X (Nintendo 64)
This one of the most badass racing games ever made. Its got 30 racers racing at once and a hard as hell difficulty. Its not for your casual player. Its not as great looking as the Gamecube one but it still looks awesome for an N64 game.
Fatal Fury 2 (Neo Geo)
This is the best Neo Geo game ever made and it deserves your attention. Don't listen to the haters, this games better than Street Fighter.
Gunstar Heroes (Sega Megadrive)
This is an awesome game. Imagine Metal Slug and Contra except on the bad ass machine that is Genesis. This game kicks ass, you'd be a fool not to have it.
Harvest Moon (Super Nintendo)
This is a farming simulator. Sounds boring right? No, this game is the most addicting **** ever. Whether its growing crops, looking after fields, or getting married this game is fun.
Kirby's Adventure (Nintendo Entertainment System)
Dude its Kirby, you blow in monsters steal their powers and kill more monsters. Its sweet even 15 years after it was released.
Lords of Thunder (TurboGrafx-16)
This is the best side scrolling shooter ever made. Your a Warrior who goes around kicking ass to heavy metal music. Its the reason I bought a tg-16. Its reason enough for me to by a Wii just to play it again.
Metal Slug (Neo Geo)
You control Marco through battlefields to reach the Geral who has stolen your weapon, the Metal Slug. Its awesome.
Pokémon Puzzle League (Nintendo 64)
This truly one of the best Pokemon games even though its not Pokemon at all. Its really just Tetris Attack, but its a blast. Don't overlook this one.
Punch-Out!! Featuring Mr. Dream (Nintendo Entertainment System)
Its Punch Out. Your boxing and it has awesomely ridiculous characters. They don't make this type of game anymore.
Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (Sega Megadrive)
Get the Chaos Emeralds. Now you can play as Tails : ). this was before ****ty friends came into the series.
Star Fox 64
Great Rail Shooter with a decent story. This is the best Starfox game period. The SNES one is good but this game just blows it away. Don't even mention those wannabe Zelda gamecube ones.
Street Fighter II Turbo: Hyper Fighting (Super Nintendo)
Its the awesome arcade game on your SNES, now its on your Wii. 
Super Mario 64 (Nintendo 64)
Marios first step into 3d, and its amazing. explore lands, jump into paintings, swim in the mote, solve puzzles. This game has it all, it still holds up today.
Super Mario Bros. 3 (Nintendo Entertainment System)
The best game ever made. You can play as Mario as you make your way through Mushroom Kingdom. Awesome power ups and amazing boss battles this game is great for everyone.
Super Metroid (Super Nintendo)
You play as Samus on a machine to destroy the Space Pirates its a great game and its one of the best games ever created by Nintendo. Nevermind, this is one of the best games ever made period.
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (Nintendo 64)
Journey through Hyrule and collect rupees, play the ocarina, and solve amazing puzzles. The best adventure game to date. Its my favorite Zelda, and for many others its their favorite too.
Wave Race 64 (Nintendo 64)
This game is just fun. You race around on jet skis and perform awesome tricks. Its got the same feel as Excite Truck, Motor Storm, or any arcade racer. Its just that awesome.

Just so you know there won't be a 360/DS/PS3 thread. There will be a PSP thread.
