Status: online 		Okay well i wanted to try it out and had nothignt o lose so i found a copy of 2.40 FW and installed it on my PS3 and it works so if anyone wants the link, (i believe if i were to post it it might be a breach of ToS) just PM me and i will send you the link ot the torrent, and i have proof too, but i have no guarantee it will work on yours and will not eb held responsible if something does go wrong

nah, i know Sony pretty well and they wouldnt put something that would malfunction ona lot of machines unlike microsoft, i have faith in Sony, somethign i never had for microsoft

Status: offline 		I'll tell you this, 2.40 messed up GoLeafsGo and my headsets. If we use them online, we get insane lag, never had this problem before 2.40.

I didn't say it will affect everyone.

However, I've found others with similar problems on the PS forums. The 2.40 seemed to hanker with BT headsets for some people, causing weird sound errors or simply causing lag in certain games. For me, the quality of my headset's output seems a bit worse now, and it makes MGO lag. Luckily it didn't affect COD, however for GoLeafsGo, it's affecting COD.

How long could that be?  A week? I would assume before E3.

just got done reading rujoshin message i think ill have to agree that way i don't have to worry about anything messing up. but i really hope it comes back up soon.

i think they gonna put it out like a week before e3 just to make sure nothing else goes wrong.i think it messed up cause people didnt give them enough time to test it well and look what they got broken systems.bet they wait next time
