pray that you live in America or Japan- cause thats where the best ones are

the only thing us English got is Play.com Live and some sh!tty EA convention (which sucked particular ass)

I'd be devastated to go to an EA convention. To be in a room full of crap to mediocre games would drive me nuts.

yeah no sh!t

the only decent game I played there was NFS: Pro Street

the rest was bullsh!t like The Simpsons, Boogie and that Sims game about being shipwrecked (which was sooooo bad)

I think it's not EA as a whole but I think EA sports is getting to people. My take on it at least... oh yeah and all the buying of devs lately

EA Sports surprisingly is the only brand of games I usually play from them. The Madden series especially. The game was fantastic on XBOX 360 until it became a glitch fest. It's fun owning the two most popular teams (Chargers&Patriots) with AARON RODGERS and watching them quit.

Oh well, here's hope that 09 will be 60fps on PS3.

TGS=best.
Ea makes good games.
Most people in the forums don't play Fifa,
but i can tell you that it's a franchise they've
really worked hard on.

there's no reason to go with EA Sports apart from Madden anymore

for football (or "soccer" for my American friends) PES is the obvious choice

for golf- why play Tiger when you can have Hot Shots?

for basketball- Live is an embarassment, even Sony's NBA 09 is better, but the best choice is 2K

for ice hockey, its 2K time again

all these games present so much more quality than their EA Sports counterparts, yet casual gamers by the EA-branded stuff by the bucketload

sorry, PES is still king

it had a bit of slowdown on next-gen, but you could always play the PS2 version- which is basically the same

PES on the Wii is incredible too- much more innovative than Fifa on the Wii

PES still is and always will be king

I know this is getting a little bit off topic,
but i used to be a harcore PES fan too.
Have you tried Fifa08 or Euro?
As for the ps2 version,i can't
complain.It is still very very good,but the
next gen versions are really horrible.
Really ugly and old gen compared to
what Fifa offers.And even Seabass
was disappointed with the final product.

yeah I heard what Seabass said

the thing is, I just still don't like Fifa's gameplay- it's a bit too clunky and stiff IMO

plus I think Master League is only second to the Association in NBA 2K in terms of best league mode
