my psp wont turn on the green power light blinks and doesnt turn on no custom FW t regular firmware any help? I charged it to.

Usualy that means the PSP is low on battery... try buying a new battery . If the new battery doesn't help just return it and call sony to see what's up.

i put it to chqarge fully charged and it doesnt work. I dont think its bricked because it didnt turn on after i turned it off

How long and how fast is the green power light blinking?

ps. do you have a friend/friends that own a PSP? Try one of their batteries in your PSP.
ps2: put the PSP on adapter and leave the battery out. What does it do when you start it up?

try Taking your battery out and Putting the Charger in If that Turns it on then Get a New Battery
