Well, age ratings have always been a joke to me. I never believed in effect of games on children. I started playing M rated games when I was 6 or 7. From original Mortal Kombat to others, I actually found myself more interested in M for Mature rated games so ever since I became 10 or so, started hunt for every M rated game I could to play it no matter how bad or good they were. Here I am now, 22 and still looking for and enjoying M rated games. The age rating is stupid. If someone is crazy and wants to kill people, playing violent games just helps them realize this faster and if someone is a psychopath, they don't become one even if they play Carmageddon, Postal and GTA all their life. Also, why of all people that played Postal 2, no one tried urinating on people or beheading them with a shovel? In short, does playing violent game affect children's minds and is virtual killing related to real killings? As Yahtzee (My mentor ) puts it: "Short answer NO" "Long answer NO and go f*** yourselves you ignorant scaremongering c***bags" / "I consider your argument misinformed" From his "Manhunt" review vid: http://www.escapistmagazine.com/videos/view/zero-punctuation/6-Manhunt Check out it, it's AWESOME (The vid, not the game)!
