hi there , i dont know if anyone can help but i have just got a second hand 360 but it will not let me get on to xbox live , when i test the connection it works untill it gets to the xbox live bit where it says failed , i have phoned support and done all the things thay said to do , i use i wired connection i have opened all the ports thay told me to and it still dose not work HELP or am i going to have to buy a new one ? CAN ANY ONE HELP ME cheers

ya think that the person that had the 360 before might have gotten it banned from live? i don't have a 360 but a friend of mine bought a use system and it was banned from live so he just got another one.
