While i was looking at the neogaf forums for information about the mircosoft's gamers day. I had found something that someone had posted here it is it shows that this game is coming out at a time and that they are making it hopefully

except that looks like Killer Instinct 64, but heres some better proof.

IGN: With the stylus control seeming to fit the world so well, we can imagine how intuitive the Wii remote would be with the game. Your next announcement is going to be Viva Piñata Wii, right? Nobody plays 360 anymore anyways…

Machacek: You sir are a very cheeky individual ;-) I've just spent a week hammering my own Xbox 360 console at home with another game and am enjoying it immensely. Why would I want anything else? If you're lucky, my next answer may be KI3, but then, on second thoughts, maybe not.

I never played an of the Killer Instinct games, so I wouldn't know what to expect, let alone I'm not a big fan of fighting games.

Those renders are pretty old. But I still want KI 3 to happen BADLY. If it does happen, that announcer MUST come back.

That have some of it done if shown some of the old game if it is it. With them giving this out they may be hyping it up for the third one

KI is actually a very over rated game and it might be difficult to bring it's fighting style to the 3D arena.

KI I think is a better series than MK but I am not good at either of them...
I just think the characters are a little better...
