We had a period of time where spammers spammed us to hell and back. So the admins set up a restriction on new accounts. Cannot post links until a certain amount of posts or until a certain amount of time the account has been on the forums/active.

  I see. Makes sense I guess. I don't have any links to post, just noticed that it states that when I try posting. Anyway nice to be here.
