God of War 3 features 1080p, Dualshock 3 and Home compatibility?

Looks like god of war 3 features 1080p, Dualshock 3 and home compatibility and it's going to be released the Q42008 according to this website http://elementops.wordpress.com/. But I have a question, Cory Balrog is no longer in Sony, so who is developing this?

Hello Astro, welcome to the forums.
To address your question concerning Cory Barlog, Him, nor Jaffe developed God of War, they were the creative directors.
The God of War series was always (and still is) developed by Sony Computer Entertainment America's Santa Monica Studio.
Hope that answers your question.
As far as Barlog is concerned, they will replace him with a new creative director, probably someone from their art department with great creative visual ideas and a plan for the gameplay.

If its going to do 1080p, then it needs to do it right, and by that I mean high res textures to go along with it. An example being CoD 4 at 1080p but with textures of a 640p game. I'm expecting graphics and textures better than Drake Uncharted, it shouldn't be too hard for a platform game.

You doubt it'll support the DualShock 3 and Home? I say there's a 0% chance of it not supporting the former, and maybe 30% it won't support the latter. As for 1080p I don't know, but it has a good chance. Of course being in 1080p won't make a game look any better necessarily, as we've seen.
