MGO Expansions...How Do You Download Them

Ok so i just paid 18bucks to download the 3 expansion packs for MGO. I chose the option to pay for the download from the PS store which i did...however there was no download prompted...how do i download this

As long as you've updated to the latest patch, it's already there. You pay to just unlock.

I think they are already unlocked, have you tried to do something which is only in the expansions?

Yea i want to use raiden and vamp and i don't know how to use them and raiden and vamp are expansion characters

I'm not sure since I don't have the expansion but I believe you should look in the survival match or filter it. I remember seeing a few matches that have raiden and vamp in the description.
