Yeah don't make me come down from the mountain and strike thee down with lightning bolts! Seriously though this forum has a reputation of being one of the most civil and we want to keep it that way. I have dealt out more bans in the last two weeks than I did the first few months. We need to get back on track.

Well that does it, if these out of control peeps awaken the Birdman Dusty too. I am tucking my tail and hiding! I don't want to be around with Zero and Dusty raining hellfire on fools.

thats what i ahve liked about these forums, they usually stayed pretty civil...yeah its good were getting back on track again.

There is no "head" of the moderators, they all work in unison and do a damn good job if I may say so. He just happened to make the post that brought the subject to light. We all discuss items in a private area and decide upon them as a group.

and when he came back from a 2-day journey through military processing, he was disheartened by the decline in the forums and thus created a post about it

Exactly, which is why I've been a member of this forum community for over 9 months now. The moderators were hand selected from the community, a community of members who share ideas, laugh, and talk about gaming.

This is one of the better communities I've been to on the Internet, and I must say the quality of the leaders here is top notch. Problems are dealt with swiftly and accurately. There are monthly contests and tournaments for specific games. The moderators here are not overbearing, nor are they jerks. They are people too, and they are part of the community; albeit a part that has the power to silence immature posters and those breaking the rules.

This is the only community where I have never been afraid of the moderators, or felt like I cannot comment on something because I do not meet their approval. The entire staff of N4G moderators and administrators and very high quality.
