Currently watching Gankutsuou.

That one is a masterpiece :D its in my top list of best animes ever along with Speed Grapher, Monster, Mushi-Shi among others

You liked Speed Grapher???

I dont know I guess it just didnt appeal to me! I watched like the firs 5 episodes and had to call it quits

I have NEVER passed judgment on an anime without watching it completely since you never know if they are gonna change my best examples of it was Ergo Proxy since the first couple of episodes are SLOW as hell and nothing really happened I could have stopped by I saw the whole thing and its was pretty spectacular we can say the same about Texhnolyze which only shows its true colors past half of the anime

Charlie, you kidding me? Ergo Proxy had so much going for it in the beginning. Yeah over all the pacing was slow and over all the story confusing (unless you got the fansub verison with the end episode explanation of things), but it still was true to the end of the show.

Texhnolyze was just weird. There's not much to really say about that in the end.

As for what's current, watch Maid Guy. Best comedy anime in a while. Along the lines of Excel Saga.

And if you haven't, go get Gigantic Formula.

Why would I be kidding you? considering we don't starting seeing how bizarre is the world of Ergo Proxy until they leave the city..unless you are gonna pull another "Robotech" on me are you? LOL..."Robotech"...sigh

Texhnolyze was just weird? considering its one of those you get it or you just don't get it anime...I think you are the second one then

Next you are gonna tell me Mushi-Shi or Melody of Oblivion are "weird" which in the majority of the cases equals "I don't get it so its not good"? or the yet classical people use "Overhyped"?

Just finished FLCL, great anime, hilarious aswell. Haruko ftw.

Also, I'm currently watching Minami-Ke and Excel Saga, both very funny. All this is a break from my normal serious style of anime that I enjoy more of.

Found it to be dull and boring at times. Was going to spoil it for you, but I'll let it come to pass.
