which will mean that in due course, the PS3 will have many more exclusives than the 360 (the lists speak for themselves)

well I admit I haven't been exactly an avid reader and follower of your posts and therefore do not fully understand your philosophy

but what was wrong with my statement

anyway you'll see at the end of the year

if you do some simple math you can see that by the end of 2009 the PS3 will have bucketloads more exclusives than the 360

You guys do know that PDZ on the 360 had 32 players max online, Back Hawk Down on the Xbox 1 had 50 players online while the PS2 version had 32 players max. Alot of PC games have had over 60 players online and Odion is right, 60 players is nothing special and nothing new, although I'm looking forward to Resistance 2. When I first played Resistance 1, I admit I just ****ing hated it tbh, everything just seemed annoying or bad but after playing through it I started to actually like the game, everything was quite good but I didn't like the mutiplayer. I felt that Halo's mutiplayer is better, hell CoD4 is nothing special as people make it out tbh, just has that addictive gameplay and ranking system which seems to be the only praise I see from many people for that game.

sony is alot better then microsoft, first party wise.. but nintendo is easily the best. How many sony games rival Super Mario galaxy, and Super Smash Brothers Brawl.. Only Uncharted Drake fortune,.

Did you see that trailer, it won't have these bullshit small enemies that you kill over and over again in the SP mode. There are going to be huge amount of epic enemies, huge, and massive. Unlike those lame scarabs in halo 3, there wasn't any epic thing about that game. And yes I compared the two games.

You compared the two. Not me, you.

I do not think Halo 3 is the most epic of epic games, but Resistance 2 will come no where near Halo 3 (being a year old too). The first Resistance was a good game...and since most sequels approve upon the original I expect there to be a little improvement, but again I'm still pretty certain Resistance 2 will just be a "good" game.

Halo 3 isn't the most epicest(?) game ever, but I'm still sure it'll be a few years before any other shooter comes close. Or until Halo 4 I guess.

Let me just add, the one major reason I'm getting Resistance 2 is the same reason I bought Halo 2 day one.

I want to defend the Earth, and Halo 2 failed me miserably on that. I was so excited for the first two missions, and then they took me out of it :(. Finally, there's a game that comes out that has the Earth in trouble fighting overwhelming odds, and Resistance 2 looks like it's going to be all about defending the Earth.

The game is going to be epic in terms of enemy size and number. IF this game comes to fruition in the way I imagine it (Fighting giant 150 foot mechanized walker rampaging in New York) then it'll be my favorite game for a long time.

Also the 8 player coop that takes place alongside the main story is very interesting. The game has a load of potential, I think it's dumb to say the game is going to be mediocre since it seems so ambitious. That doesn't mean it can't suck, but prospectively, it doesn't seem that way.

Toughname, there are fps much superior to halo 3. Halo 3 is actually one of the worst fps I've played this gen. I would say it is worst than COD4, Orange Box, Crysis, COD2, RFOM, and Bioshock. And yes, that is my opinion but, the game was one of the more overrated titles. Without the halo title, I would think that the score would have fell probably 15 to 20 % (but we will never know because the game is indeed like Final Fantasy Series going to be overrated because of its name). I believe most people are at the consensus thatt halo 3 pushed the user created front for fps, but it is still a lackluster game in both SP, and MP compared to other titles in the same genre. RFOM 2 could easily be better than halo 3 SP, and MP wise.

RFOM had good single player, but halos was better (not the story telling mind you). Halo is way more epic then RFOM.

RFOM 2 may be a different story. But, RFOM is not better than Halo 3...and no im not arguing, it just is.

My biggest problem with RFOM: 1 is the gameplay and its stupid multiplayer.

Best part of rfom is its gameplay. RFOM started off slow but was alot better than halo 3. Multiplayer I agree rfom sucked, but halo 3 while decent doesn't compare to TF2, and COD4, making it kind of useless to compare.
